Flexible Cancellation Policy

In light of the recent closures and activities impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and due to travel advisories Polaris Split will be applying a flexible cancellation policy for all bookings made and to be made prior to 30 April 2020, for all and any travel dates in Season 2020.

In this current uncertain travel climate, we are doing all we can to support our customers from around the world.

Flexibile cancellation policy means that we will accept and fully refund all customer-requested cancellations for bookings meeting the above criteria.

The only condition is to contact us before the planned start time.

In the situation where a guest is a no-show, meaning they failed to arrive on the travel date without contacting us before departure to cancel, we will proceed as per cancellation policy as normal which means no show-no refund.

As the situation is constantly changing, we will ensure to keep you informed of any updates.
